Im obsessed with how how cute these are

There is nothing better than a set of comfy pajamas and when I find some that I can match with my kids is a plus for all of us. We always love to have matching Pajamas for Christmas and I have purchased in many different places but I have to say these ones are some of my favorites.

Holidays are so special there is always something to do with the family and we don’t have much to do we can be in Pjs all day long, Literally!! These pajamas are so soft and cozy I always want to be in them haha. Something else I Love about these are the colors, they are so bright and they really pop!! my kids love to wear them specially my boy since they do have dinosaurs. I am always on the look to see if I can find different prints, colors and also different styles and these ones are perfect for the family (although my husband never want match with us haha)

We got it!!
Sneakers or whatever you want to call it with 5 clean ingredients!! My kids and I looooove chocolate so I’m always trying to find ways to make clean versions of some of our favorites snacks with chocolate 😝! I found this recipe so I had to give it a try and I must say ITS delicious!!! To be honest the pouring of the chocolate was a pain but SO worth it! I’m sure once I start making them all the time I would get the hang of it ☺️☺️

1sf layer:

1 cup of cashews
1/2 cup of dates (I used medjoll dates)
1tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt (optional)
1Tbsp peanut butter

2nd layer:
2 cups of Dates
1 cup of peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy) whichever is your preference. You could use any nut Butter
A handful of raw peanuts
Pinch of salt (optional)

Process:
Combine 1 st layer ingredients (except the 1 Tbsp of peanut butter ) in a food processor, then in a bowl add the peanut butter plus the mix you did in the food processor. Transfer into a dish line with parchment paper, distributed evenly. Let it sit in the freezer while you 2nd layer.

Soak dates in boiling water for about 30 minutes (you could this prior to starting so you can save some time). Drain the dates and put them in a food processor until forming a paste. Transfer to a bowl and combine the peanut butter and salt.
Once all is combine pour the batter onto the first layer and spread evenly, add some raw peanuts for a crunch texture and put in the freezer for a couple or hours or overnight. Melt chocolate and deep them in it, or spread it around it. Freeze for about 15 minutes and they are done!!!!

Super easy to make and everyone will love it. I used Greek vanilla yogurt but you can use any yogurt and also any fruit. And yes my kids love it!!

1st Layer:
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/3 cup of Oats
1/2 Almond Milk
Mix together

2nd Layer
1/4 cup Of Vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp Cherry preserves or just fruit
1/4 cup Vanilla yogurt
1-2 Tbsp of granola
Top if of with strawberries or blueberries

This is delicious and it only takes 15 minutes to make, the recipe is good for two servings!!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of plainGreek yogurt
1tbs of Maple Syrup
1 cup of almond milk
1tbs Chia Seeds
80g of Oats
20-30g of Chocolate protein powder

Caramel:
20g of Maple Syrup
20 ml melted Biscoff or Almond Butter

25g of White chocolate
35g of Greek Yougurt
1/2 tsp almond milk

Instructions,
Oats mix:
In a large bowl add all ingredients, mix and place in the refrigerator for about 10/15 minutes to thicken. Once thicken, mix again and divide the mix in two small bowls or jars.

Caramel:
Melt Biscoff in microwave for about 25 seconds and then mix with the maple syrup. Then drizzled caramel sauce over the oats.

Ganache:
Melt your chocolate, then add the 1/2 tsp of almond milk, mix and quickly add the yogurt, keep mixing until all combine. Then top over the caramel sauce. Place on the fridge over night or for about 4 hours.

Crispy rice paper rolls! they are so easy to make and full of flavor. You can skip rolling them and use the mixture with lettuce wraps as well!!

For the rice paper rolls:
12 rice paper rolls
1 lb of a Turkey or Tofu
2 Grated carrots
1/2 Red onion (chopped)
1 Cup of sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1Tbsp Ginger grated or minced
1Tbsp Olive oil
2Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
Sesame seeds for baking

For the Ginger Sauce:
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tbsp ginger grated
3Tbsp soy sauce
1Tbsp maple syrup
2tsp Flour
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

For the rice paper:
1. Preheat over at 400f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the olive oil to a skillet, and sauté garlic, red onion and ginger until fragrant.
3. Add the ground turkey and mix until fully cooked.
4. Add in the carrots, sliced mushrooms, and soy sauce. Stir until the mushrooms are tender.
5. Remove from heat and allow to cool to the touch.
6. Brush the rice paper rolls with olive oil then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes turning the pan halfway through or until crispy and golden brown.
Set up a large bowl with warm water and soak each rice paper roll in the water for 15-20 seconds until soft. Then put it in a nonstick surface, add the Turkey mixture, fold like a burrito and repeat.

For the ginger sauce:
Sautéed olive oil, ginger and garlic over medium heat for about a minute. Add the remaining ingredients whisking until evenly combined. Being the sauce to a boil, add a little more water if needed for the consistency.
Let the sauce cool and enjoy with the rolls!!

Berry Biscoff Overnight Oats, these are delicious and packed with 25g of protein.

1/2 cup Oats
20 g vanilla protein
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (you can use vanilla too)
1/2 unsweetened almond milk

For the Berry layer:
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tsp Chia Seeds

Top layer:
I used 10-15 gr of melted biscoff you can also use melted peanut butter.

Add all the ingredients for the oats, place in a bowl and put in the fridge for about 15 minutes while you do the berry layer.
Microwave the berries and add chia seeds. You can also put put them in a pan and add the chia seeds.

In a jar or a cup layer oats, then berries and the oats again. Add the melted biscoff or peanut butter and refrigerate overnight of about 5-6 hours.

1/2 mashed banana
2 Tsp of Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
Add desired chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients and bake bake for 20-24 minutes (depending on oven) at 375f
